The mission of our Human Resources Department is to utilize a stewardship philosophy, strategic vision, and leadership in providing quality, employee-driven human resources services to support the mission and vision of Jefferson County Schools. We will strive to provide excellent service to our employees, prospective employees, and others who call or visit our office. Our office is located at 1221 Gay Street, Dandridge, Tennessee. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our mailing address is PO Box 190, Dandridge, TN 37725. We can be reached at 865-397-7319 and by fax at 865-397-7541.
