It's time to complete returning students' Annual Update Forms for the 2026-2027 school year.
JCS Parents and Guardians:
Annual Update Forms for returning students are now available in the Aspen Family Portal. If you have already completed the annual update for the 2026–2027 school year, no further action is needed.

Note: At this time, a desktop or laptop computer is required to complete the form.
Important information:
- July 27, 2026: Mobile devices may be used to complete annual update forms.
- July 29, 2026: Aspen Assistance Event — Jefferson Middle School, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. District staff will be available to assist families with Aspen annual update forms.
Please contact your school's office staff if you need assistance.
