White Pine School is currently in a soft lockdown out of an abundance of caution due to a reported potential threat involving a backpack outside the building. This information was received via phone call and is being thoroughly investigated by local law enforcement.

All students and staff are safe at this time, and the school is following established safety protocols. We are working closely with emergency personnel and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
