DES Kindergarten students are writing about lots of fun things! Kindergarten classes are studying the life cycle of the butterfly. Butterflies are everywhere, well, soon will be. They even have butterfly incentives for hard work! Students are watching each chrysalis develop. Soon each chrysalis will be transferred to a spacious net getting ready for their metamorphosis and release. What could be more fun to write about, you may ask? What about opinion writing…..hmmmm, “Which do you like best in the summer, the pool or beach? Don’t forget to tell me why!! You can almost smell summer in the air!
